The lagoon of Cancun holds Tarpon and Snook and the summer months the Permit and Bonefish start to show up while Isla Blanca has world class Permit fishing from May through September with many people catching their first "Grand Slam" (Tarpon, Permit, and Bonefish) or "Super Slam" (Tarpon, Permit, Bonefish, and Snook).
